Vaga 1 - Sales and Business Relationship Manager

Location: Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro

• Job Title: Business Relationship Manager (BRM)

• Industry Segment Unit (ISU):
– Banking and Financial Services
– Telecom
– Manufacturing
– Natural Resorces

• Job Description:
– This professional will be a Sales and Relationship Manager for the Local Market in Rio
de Janeiro and in the greater Sao Paulo area. Ideal candidate will possess a strong and
established track record in developing new clients, negotiate new contracts, sale
consulting projects, SAP and Oracle implementations, large scale software development,
Testing and IT Support and Outsourcing.


Qualifications:
– Minimum 10 years experience on the IT Industry as a whole.
– Minimum 5 years of sales, pre-sales and business development experience.
– Minimum 2 years working for leading IT Multinational in Global Deals and Accounts
– Bach degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related courses.
– Fluent in English.
– MBA is optional, however a plus.

• Skills and Experience:
– Proven track record of creating presentations, technical and commercial proposals.
– Hability to work with Global teams, multi-cultural, multi-technical and multi-functional.
– Demonstrated leadership, communication and facilitation skills. Client centric, sense of urgency.
– Proven ability to foster and sustain senior level client relationships.
– Proven track record of closing new deals and negotiation of new contracts.
– Proven experience managing portfolio of accounts, prospects and growing pipeline.
– Established network of contacts and relationships with consistent references.

• Technical Background (At least one of the following practice lines):
– Enterprice Archictecture and IT Strategic Consulting
– SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Peoplesoft, Cognos
– Software Factory (Java, .Net, Mainframe)
– Testing and Assurance Services
– Application Support and Maintenance

Responsibilities include:
– Leverage personal and professional network to generate new leads and develop new business opportunities for TCS.
– Engage daily in developing long term relationships with potential client executives, managers and related stakeholders.
– Plan strategies and tactics for developing Portfolio of new accounts.
– Plan strategies and tactics for cross selling to expand existing NOMINATED accounts.
– Identify, assess, prioritize and qualify leads and new business opportunities in order to build, manage and increase the
sales pipeline.
– Manage whole direct and indirect activities throughout the sales cycle, in order to migrate opportunities to closure
contracts.
– Create, follow up and manage Action Items List to develop account and close new contract, including scheduling all
types of meetings with client decision makers and TCS Executives, Heads and technical teams.
– Coordinate multi-functional/technical teams in Brazil, Latam and Globally in order to prepare client presentations,
technical and commercial proposals
– Guarantees that client expectations, values and requirements are fulfilled by TCS proposition.
– Ensure a Competitive Advantage and Differentials are created to overcome competition and close deal.
– Work with Sales Director, Delivery Managers, Pre-Sales Support and Client Account Managers in pursuit of
opportunities and prioritization of sales pipeline.
– Fully understand TCS Vision, Capabilities, Expertise, Footprint, Offerings, Key Messages, Case Studies, Tools and
Methodologies in order to create precise sales approach to new account.




Vaga 2 - Pre Sales Consultant



Location: Sao Paulo


• Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant Profile

• Job Description:
– This professional will be a Pre-Sales Consultant located in the greater Sao Paulo area. Ideal
candidate will possess a strong and established track record in managing and developing new
proposals, architecting large scale technical solutions, orchestrate local and global pre-sales and
solution architect teams. Candidate will be also required to create innovative IT business models.

Qualifications and Background:
– Minimum 6 years experience on the IT Industry as a whole.
– Minimum 2 years of pre-sales and solution architect experience.
– Minimum 2 years working for leading IT Multinational in Global Deals and Accounts.
– Bach degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related courses.
– Fluent in English.
– MBA is optional.
